02 Why ACT

A Panel-Build Partner Who Pays Attention to the Details

Good control panels are more than a collection of components. They need to match the design, meet applicable requirements, install cleanly, and remain understandable years later. ACT Solutions focuses on the details that make projects easier — from component review and organized wiring to accurate labels, drawings, testing, and responsive communication.

  • 01

    Clean, serviceable workmanship

Organized wire routing, consistent labeling, and considered component placement — so the panel is straightforward to install, troubleshoot, and service years later.

  • 02

    Clear project communication

Direct contact with the people doing the work. You hear about component availability, design questions, and schedule risks early, not after the fact.

  • 03

    Detailed documentation

Panel layouts, power and I/O drawings, and as-builts that match what was actually built and hand off cleanly to inspectors, contractors, and end users.

  • 04

Flexible support for new and customer-supplied panels

New builds from a full drawing package, plus build-out and UL evaluation of customer-supplied enclosures where the panel qualifies.

03 Industries

Built for the projects that keep infrastructure and production running

Our primary focus is fresh water and wastewater. We support many other industries alongside it — data centers, oil and gas, manufacturing, process automation, OEM equipment, and the integrators and contractors who deliver those projects.

01

Fresh Water & Wastewater Primary focus

Our core work: treatment processes, pump and lift stations, wells, diversion structures, remote I/O, and SCADA interfaces for municipal water and wastewater infrastructure.

02

Data Centers

Control and power-distribution enclosures for data-center support systems — mechanical and cooling plant control, pump and fan control, monitoring interfaces, and remote I/O.

03

Oil & Gas

Control panels for oil and gas equipment — pump and motor control, VFD panels, skid-mounted equipment control, and SCADA interface panels.

04

Industrial Manufacturing

Equipment and machine control, process interfaces, and power-distribution and control enclosures for production facilities.

05

Process Automation

Process-control panels, remote I/O, VFD control, and instrumentation interfaces for continuous and batch operations.

06

OEM & Skid-Mounted Equipment

Repeatable control panels for package equipment and skids, built consistently across a production run.

07

System Integrators & Automation Contractors

A panel-build partner that works from your drawings and BOM and communicates through the build.

04 How a project runs

Four steps, and no surprises in between

01

Review

We review drawings, specifications, BOM, quantity, schedule, and UL requirements before quoting.

02

Quote & Clarify

We come back with scope questions, component concerns, and lead-time considerations, then price the work.

03

Build & Verify

Panels are assembled, labeled, checked, documented, and tested according to the authorized scope.

04

Deliver & Support

We coordinate completion, crating and shipping or pickup, documentation handoff, and project follow-up.

We do not publish a universal turnaround time. Schedule is confirmed per project, based on scope, quantity, and component availability.
